Mr. Chookiat Ophaswongse, Honorary President of the Thai Rice Exporters Association presented fund for Wissugam to Mr. Yanyong Phuangrach, permanent Secretary, on the 91th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Commerce, August 19, 2011, at the Ministry of Commerce, Nonthaburi. On this auspicious occasion Mr.Chokchai Sethiwan and Mr.Sermsak Kuonsongtum are bestowed with The Most Admirable Order of the Gold Direkgunabhorn decoration and Silver Direkgunabhorn decoration for the year 2010 for their outstanding contribution to the public sector. Some board members were joining to congratulate.
